Can you print more than one food picture on a greeting card?
We can print as many images as you want as long as they fit. This will be treated as a custom order. Let us know what images you want and what text to print.

Can you print on other materials?
We plan to expand their line to include apparel and other paraphernalia in the near future. Until then we will not be accepting any custom requests to print on non-paper based materials.

Can I submit a food dish for you to illustrate?
Absolutely! We are always looking for tasty ideas.

What is the cost for a custom order?
The price will vary depending on what you ask for. But in general, custom orders will cost a bit more. Also, there is a minimum order of 10 items.

When can I expect my order?
Once payment is received and confirmed, orders are processed and shipped via standard USPS mail normally arrive within 3-7 business days. We will email you after your order has been sent.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not accept international orders.

How can I pay?
We currently accept payments through Paypal accounts and credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover/Novus ) via PayPal. PayPal is a trusted leader in online payments and helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. leeyagreetings.com customers do not have to have a PayPal account to checkout. Can I place an order by phone?
At this time we do not accept orders by phone.

Can I get a refund for my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase send your unused product back to us within 10 days of the day you receive your order for a full refund. We would be happy to exchange the product or provide you with a refund. Product must be in original packaging and unused. If you are making an exchange no additional shipping charges will be made.

How are charges and taxes applied?
leeyagreetings will only honor sales prices as indicated on our website. Currently, sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of New Jersey and New York.

When will I get charged?
Once your order is sent, we will charge your credit card or Paypal account.

Why do you need my email address for placing an order?
If we need to contact you about your order, we'll e-mail you-so it's important that you provide a current, working e-mail address when you place your order or as part of your member account.

How can I cancel, or change, my order?
Once your order has been shipped the order cannot be changed or canceled.
